- 2 oz Aged White Rum
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Cinnamon Bark Syrup
- 7-8 Fresh Blackberries
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
How to make a Rum Bramble
- Muddle the blackberries, lemon juice and cinnamon bark syrup in a shaker.
- Add rum and Angostura bitters with cracked ice.
- Shake briefly, then dirty pour into a mule cup or rocks glass over crushed ice.
- Garnish with a lemon peel and fresh blackberries.
