Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 4 Fresh Blackberries
- 0.25 oz Blackberry Liqueur
How to make a Bourbon Bramble
- Gently muddle the blackberries in a shaker tin.
- Add bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice, then shake until chilled.
- Double strain into a double Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
- Float blackberry liqueur over the top and garnish with a blackberry and lemon twist.

Pro tip
Float the blackberry liqueur last so its color moves gradually through the crushed ice instead of becoming a uniform purple drink.
