- 2 oz Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz Elderflower Syrup
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Wildberry Fruit Purée
How to make a Elderflower Bramble
- Add gin, elderflower syrup and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until cold and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
- Slowly drizzle wildberry purée over the surface.
- Garnish with blackberries and a lemon wheel.
