- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 4-5 Fresh Watermelon Cubes
- 8-10 Fresh Mint Leaves
- Top Club Soda
How to make a Watermelon Mojito
- Muddle the watermelon, mint and simple syrup gently in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Add fresh lime juice and white rum.
- Fill with crushed ice and stir to combine the watermelon juice.
- Top with club soda and stir once more.
- Garnish with a small watermelon wedge, mint and lime.

Pro tip
Use ripe, cold watermelon and press just enough to release juice without pulverizing the mint. A fine strain is optional if you prefer a cleaner drink.
