Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Coconut Rum
- 0.5 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 8-10 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- Top Club Soda
How to make a Coconut Mojito
- Gently press the mint with the simple syrup in a highball glass.
- Add the lime juice, coconut rum, white rum and coconut cream.
- Fill with crushed ice and stir until the coconut cream is evenly blended.
- Top with club soda and give the drink one gentle lift from the bottom.
- Garnish with a mint bouquet and lime wheel.

Pro tip
Use coconut cream rather than sweetened coconut milk so the drink keeps a silky texture without becoming overly sweet. Chill the cream before building.
