Ingredients
- 20 fl oz Fresh Watermelon Juice
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 fl oz White Rum
- 2 fl oz Vodka
- 1 tbsp Sugar (optional)
- 8 leaves Fresh Basil
How to make a Watermelon Jungle Juice
- Add watermelon juice, coconut water, lemon juice, white rum and vodka to a chilled pitcher.
- Stir in sugar only if the watermelon needs extra sweetness, until fully dissolved.
- Add basil leaves and refrigerate briefly so the punch is thoroughly cold.
- Serve over ice with fresh basil and watermelon pieces.

Pro tip
Use cold, freshly juiced watermelon and taste before sweetening—ripe fruit often needs little or no added sugar.
