- 1 cup Sweet-and-Sour Mix
- 2 cups Lemon-Lime Soda (add just before serving)
How to make a Hawaiian Jungle Juice
- Add coconut rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice and sweet-and-sour mix to a large chilled dispenser or punch bowl.
- Stir until the blue base is completely uniform, then refrigerate until cold.
- Add lemon-lime soda immediately before serving and stir gently to protect the bubbles.
- Serve over plenty of ice and garnish with pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries.
Garnish
Pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries.
Pro tip
Chill every non-carbonated ingredient in advance. That keeps the punch cold without flattening the soda as quickly.
