Ingredients
- 2 cups Vodka
- 1 cup White Rum
- 3 cups Watermelon Juice (fresh if possible)
- 3 cups Sparkling Water (well chilled)
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries (sliced)
- 1 Orange (thinly sliced)
- 1 Lime (thinly sliced)
How to make a Skinny Jungle Juice
- Add vodka, rum, watermelon juice and fresh fruit to a large chilled dispenser or punch bowl.
- Stir, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so the fruit infuses the batch.
- Add sparkling water just before serving and stir once, gently.
- Serve over ice with a portion of fruit in each glass.
Garnish
Fresh strawberries, orange and lime slices.
Pro tip
Keep the sparkling water cold and add it at the last minute. Its clean acidity lets the fresh fruit do the work without a heavy soda base.
