- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 1.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
- 2 Jalapeño Slices
- Pinch Salt
- Top Club Soda
How to make a Spicy Fresh Paloma
- Rim a highball glass with Tajín and fill it with fresh ice.
- Gently muddle jalapeño in a shaker, then add tequila, grapefruit, lime, agave and salt with ice.
- Shake briefly and strain into the prepared glass.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
