- 1.5 oz Blanco Tequila
- 0.75 oz Rose Petal Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Pamplemousse Liqueur
- 0.25 oz Génépi Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 1.5 oz Pink Grapefruit Soda
How to make a Paloma Rosa
- Rim a Collins glass with pink salt and fill it with fresh ice.
- Add tequila, liqueurs, lime and pink grapefruit juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled and strain into the prepared glass.
- Top with pink grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Use a dry rose liqueur sparingly. Its floral note should appear in the aroma, while grapefruit stays at the center of the drink.
