- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Pinch Salt
- Top Grapefruit Soda
How to make a Mezcal Paloma
- Run a lime wedge around half of the glass rim and dip it in salt.
- Fill the highball glass with ice.
- Add mezcal and lime juice.
- Top with grapefruit soda.
- Stir once gently and garnish with grapefruit.
