- 1.5 oz London Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 6 Fresh Mint Leaves
- Top Brut Champagne
How to make a Southside Royale
- Gently press mint with simple syrup in a shaker.
- Add gin, lime and ice, then shake hard.
- Double strain into a chilled flute or coupe.
- Top with champagne and garnish.
