Ingredients
- 4 oz Dry Rosé Wine
- 0.5 Lime (cut into pieces)
- 6 Fresh Mint Leaves

- Muddle lime pieces, sugar and mint gently in a highball glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the dry rosé and churn gently to combine.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.

Pro tip
Use a dry, high-acid rosé. A sweet rosé will blur the fresh lime and mint instead of making a crisp low-ABV drink.
