- 12 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Prosecco
How to make a Elderflower Mojito Royal
- Gently muddle the mint in a Collins glass.
- Add rum, elderflower liqueur, lime juice and simple syrup.
- Fill with crushed ice and churn until the glass frosts.
- Top with Prosecco and crown with a mint bouquet.
