Ingredients
- 2 oz Aged Jamaican Rum
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Grenadine
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
How to make a Trader Vic’s Planter’s Punch
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until very cold.
- Strain over fresh crushed ice in a Collins glass.
- Garnish with mint and an orange slice.

Pro tip
Fresh lime provides the structure. Do not compensate with extra grenadine or the drink will lose its punch-like brightness.
