Difficulty: Beginner ·
Family: The Highball Family
Ingredients
- 2 oz Pink Gin
- 4 oz Grapefruit Tonic Water
- 1 Grapefruit Wheel
- 2 Fresh Raspberries (Optional garnish)
How to make a Pink G&T
- Fill a copa glass or highball with large, cold ice.
- Pour in the pink gin and briefly rotate the glass to chill it.
- Add the grapefruit tonic slowly down the side of the glass.
- Give the drink one gentle stir to combine without losing carbonation.
- Finish with the grapefruit wheel and raspberries.
Garnish
Grapefruit wheel and two fresh raspberries.
Pro tip
Choose a grapefruit tonic with enough bitterness to balance the pink gin's fruit notes. A fresh grapefruit wheel will smell brighter than bottled juice in the glass.
