Ingredients
- 2 oz Cachaca
- 1 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 cup Fresh Fruit (Passion fruit, coconut or strawberry)
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
How to make a Batida
- Add cachaca, condensed milk, lime juice, fruit and crushed ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frosty.
- Pour into a chilled rocks glass.
- Garnish with fruit or lime zest.
Garnish
Fruit slice or grated lime zest.
Pro tip
Taste before adding more condensed milk; ripe fruit already brings sweetness, and the goal is creamy but still bright with lime.
