Ingredients
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.25 oz Agave Syrup
- 3 slices Fresh Jalapeño
- Top Chilled Mineral Water
How to make a Spicy Ranch Water
- Add the jalapeño slices and agave syrup to a highball glass, then press them gently once or twice.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add tequila and fresh lime juice.
- Top with chilled mineral water and stir once, gently.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and an extra jalapeño slice.
Garnish
Jalapeño slice and lime wedge.
Pro tip
Press the jalapeño lightly rather than fully muddling it. You want a clean vegetal heat, not a cloudy, aggressively peppery drink.
