Ingredients
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Top Chilled Mineral Water
How to make a Mezcal Ranch Water
- Fill a highball glass fully with fresh ice.
- Add mezcal and fresh lime juice.
- Top with chilled mineral water.
- Stir once, just enough to combine without flattening the bubbles.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
Garnish
Lime wedge and a pinch of flaky salt, optional.
Pro tip
Use a mezcal you would sip neat. Mineral water makes the smoke read more clearly, so overly harsh mezcal has nowhere to hide.
History of the Mezcal Ranch Water
