- 1.25 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 0.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
How to make a Smoky Martinez
- Add mezcal, vermouth, maraschino and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until cold and silky.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Express an orange peel over the drink.
