- 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 0.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
How to make a Dry Martinez
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 25-30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Express a lemon peel and discard or garnish.
