- 3 oz Cranberry Juice
- 3 oz Champagne (well chilled)
How to make a Poinsettia
- Chill a Champagne flute and all ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour orange liqueur and cranberry juice into the flute.
- Stir the juice and liqueur gently to combine.
- Top slowly with chilled Champagne.
- Garnish with a few cranberries and a small rosemary sprig, then serve.
