Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Mezcal
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 oz Cream of Coconut
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
How to make a Painchiller
- Add mezcal, pineapple juice, orange juice, cream of coconut and bitters to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until the coconut is fully integrated and cold.
- Strain into a crushed-ice-filled tiki mug or hurricane glass.
- Grate fresh nutmeg over the surface and garnish with pineapple.
Garnish
Freshly grated nutmeg and a pineapple wedge.
Pro tip
Choose a mezcal with a balanced smoke profile; extremely aggressive smoke can flatten the pineapple and coconut.
