Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 oz Cream of Coconut
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
How to make a Frozen Painkiller
- Add rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, cream of coconut and crushed ice to a blender.
- Blend until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a chilled hurricane glass.
- Grate fresh nutmeg over the surface and garnish with pineapple.

Use crushed ice rather than large cubes so the blender achieves a smooth texture before the fruit flavors become over-diluted.
