Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Campari
How to make a Mezcal Boulevardier
- Add mezcal, sweet vermouth and Campari to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 30 seconds until chilled and properly diluted.
- Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass or into a chilled coupe.
- Express an orange peel and place it on the drink.
Garnish
Orange peel and a small pinch of smoked salt, optional.
