Ingredients
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz Mango Purée
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Agave Syrup (adjust to mango sweetness)
- 2 Jalapeño Slices (muddled)
- 0.5 oz Orange Liqueur
How to make a Mango Spicy Margarita
- Muddle jalapeño slices gently in a shaker.
- Add tequila, mango purée, lime, agave and orange liqueur with ice.
- Shake hard until cold and lightly aerated.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rimmed rocks glass and garnish.
Garnish
Mango slice, jalapeño wheel and Tajín rim.
Pro tip
Taste the mango purée before adding agave. Very ripe mango can need little or no extra sweetener once the orange liqueur is included.
