How to make a Honey Daiquiri
- Make the honey syrup by stirring 2 parts honey with 1 part warm water until smooth, then cool it completely.
- Add the rum, fresh lime juice, and honey syrup to a shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds until very cold.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel or a small lime wedge.
