How to make a Georgia Julep

Gently press the mint with the simple syrup in a julep cup.
Add bourbon and peach brandy.
Pack the cup tightly with crushed ice.
Stir until the outside of the cup frosts.
Top with more crushed ice and garnish with mint and peach.
