- 2 oz Bourbon
- 0.5 oz Peach Brandy
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- 8-10 Fresh Mint Leaves
How to make a Georgia Julep
- Gently press the mint with the simple syrup in a julep cup.
- Add bourbon and peach brandy.
- Pack the cup tightly with crushed ice.
- Stir until the outside of the cup frosts.
- Top with more crushed ice and garnish with mint and peach.

Large mint bouquet and a thin peach slice.
