Ingredients
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 oz Olive Brine (good-quality)
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
How to make a Filthy Martini
- Chill a Nick & Nora or coupe glass until frosty.
- Add gin, dry vermouth, olive brine and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir for 30 seconds, until the drink is thoroughly cold and lightly diluted.
- Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with two blue-cheese-stuffed olives.

Use a brine you would happily taste on its own. In a Filthy Martini, the brine is a primary ingredient rather than a seasoning.
