- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 0.25 oz Benedictine
- 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 dash Absinthe
How to make a De La Louisiane
- Add rye, vermouth, Benedictine, Peychaud's and absinthe to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 30 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry.
