- 2 oz Aged or Dark Rum
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Top Cola
How to make a Cubata
- Fill a highball glass with fresh ice.
- Add the aged rum and fresh lime juice.
- Top with chilled cola.
- Stir once gently and garnish with a lime wedge.

Pro tip
Use a rum with enough barrel character to register through the cola, but avoid an overproof bottling in this easy-drinking format.
