Ingredients
- 1 oz 100-Proof Bourbon
- 1 oz Light Rum
- 0.5 oz Crème de Banane
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
How to make a Banana Rum OF
- Add the bourbon, rum, crème de banane and Angostura bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir briefly until chilled and diluted.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large fresh ice cube.
- Twist an orange peel over the drink to express its oils.
- Place the peel in the glass and serve.

Expressed orange peel.
Pro tip
Use a dry, structured bourbon and a clean rum. The banana liqueur should add perfume and texture, not make the drink taste like dessert.
