- 1.25 oz London Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz Triple Sec
- 0.5 oz Cherry Brandy
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 3 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- 3.5 oz Apple & Rhubarb Sparkling Water
How to make a Yorkshire Sling
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and add the gin, triple sec, cherry brandy, lime juice, and bitters.
- Shake vigorously for fifteen seconds until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- Top the drink with the sparkling apple and rhubarb beverage.
- Garnish with a slice of apple and a cherry before serving.
