- 2 oz Vodka
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup (Optional)
- Top Club Soda
How to make a Vodka Rickey
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add vodka, fresh lime juice and optional syrup.
- Top with cold club soda.
- Stir once gently and garnish with a lime wedge.

Pro tip
Start without syrup if your lime is ripe and juicy; add a small amount only if the finished drink is too sharp for your taste.
