Ingredients
- 1 oz Aged Rum
- 0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 4 oz Hot Coffee
- 0.5 oz Whipped Cream
- 1 tsp Sugar
How to make a Spanish Coffee
- Warm a heatproof glass and coat the rim with sugar.
- Add rum, coffee liqueur and hot coffee.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Float lightly whipped cream on top.
Garnish
Grated nutmeg and orange peel.

Use a heatproof glass and never flambé close to overhead surfaces or guests.
