- 1 oz Sloe gin
- 4 oz Dry sparkling wine (chilled Champagne or Prosecco)
How to make a Sloe Gin Royale
- Chill a champagne flute thoroughly in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Measure and pour the sloe gin directly into the bottom of the chilled flute.
- Top gently with four ounces of chilled dry sparkling wine.
- Express the oils from a lemon peel over the surface of the drink.
- Drop the lemon twist into the glass as a garnish.
