How to make a St-Germain Spritz
- Fill a large wine glass with fresh ice cubes.
- Pour in 1 1/2 ounces of St-Germain elderflower liqueur.
- Add 2 ounces of sparkling wine and 2 ounces of club soda.
- Stir gently for three seconds to combine without losing effervescence.
- Garnish with a fresh lemon twist and serve.
