Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Aged rum
- 0.75 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 6 Mint leaves
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 oz Champagne
How to make a Old Cuban
- Muddle mint with syrup.
- Add rum, lime, bitters.
- Shake with ice.
- Double strain into coupe.
- Top with Champagne.

Double strain to remove mint fragments. Use aged rum.
