- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Fresh Espresso
- 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 2 dashes Walnut Bitters
How to make a Irish Espresso Old Fashioned
- Pull a fresh espresso and set it aside briefly.
- Add Irish whiskey, coffee liqueur, espresso, cinnamon syrup and walnut bitters to a shaker with ice.
- Shake well, then strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
- Let the drink settle for one minute and garnish with three coffee beans.
