Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
- 4 oz Hot Green Tea
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
How to make a Green Tea Toddy
- Brew green tea and let it cool just below boiling.
- Add honey to a warm mug and pour in tea.
- Stir until dissolved, then add whiskey and lemon.
- Garnish and serve.

Lemon wheel and a thin slice of fresh ginger.

Do not over-steep the tea; bitter green tea will compete with lemon and honey.
