Ingredients
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- Top Club Soda
How to make a Gin Fizz
- Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 12-15 seconds.
- Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.
- Top with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Pro tip
The fizz should be served immediately — the carbonation is the whole point. Don't let it sit. And shake hard before adding the soda to get the drink properly cold and diluted first.
