- 0.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Egg White (small)
How to make a Campari Sour
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add Campari, simple syrup, grapefruit juice, lime juice and egg white to a shaker without ice.
- Dry shake firmly, then add ice and shake again until chilled and foamy.
- Fine strain into the chilled coupe and garnish with a brandied cherry.
Garnish
Brandied cherry.
Pro tip
Use fresh grapefruit and lime juice. Their acidity makes Campari’s bitter orange and herbal notes feel lifted rather than heavy.
