Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 4 oz Clamato Juice
- 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 dashes Hot Sauce
- Pinch Celery Salt and Black Pepper
How to make a Caesar
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of a highball glass and coat it with celery salt.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add vodka, Clamato, Worcestershire, hot sauce, celery salt, and pepper.
- Roll the drink gently between two glasses or stir it well without breaking the ice.
- Garnish with celery and lime.

History of the Caesar
Walter Chell created the Caesar at the Calgary Inn in 1969, reportedly inspired by spaghetti alle vongole. It became Canada's signature brunch cocktail and is now served in endless regional variations.
