Method: Build ·
Glass: Rocks glass ·
Time: 2 min ·
Difficulty: Beginner ·
Family: Modern Classics
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur (such as Baileys)
How to make a Blind Russian
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Add vodka and coffee liqueur.
- Pour Irish cream over the top and stir gently once or twice.
- Finish with nutmeg or coffee beans if using.
Garnish
Light dusting of nutmeg or a few coffee beans, optional.
Pro tip
Irish cream is sweet and rich, so keep the coffee liqueur to one ounce. A small stir keeps the drink marbled without losing its layered look.
