How to make a Air Mail
- Combine the gold rum, fresh lime juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for ten to fifteen seconds until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain the mixture into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Top with chilled brut champagne and gently stir to integrate.
